Care coordination

Library Outreach Workers assist individuals and families in accessing the services and resources they need to improve their quality of life. They serve as a guide in connecting people with social services, healthcare, housing, education and other resources in the community.

Regina Public Library provides the family of every baby born at the General Hospital Mother Baby Unit with a Read Together Regina bag to help support their early literacy skills development. Families from Regina, whose babies were born at home can also request a bag at any of our locations.

Children use a Level Up game card to track the amount of time doing various activities such as reading, exploring nature, creating art, visiting museums, etc. Completed Level Up game cards are entered into draws for awesome prizes.
