Having a baby is a life changing experience. Let’s talk about how we can be supportive as your navigate the arrival of a new baby and sometimes the supports for new parents experiencing a perinatal mood and anxiety disorder like postpartum depression and anxiety.

Parenting through Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorder can be really difficult and isolation plays a major role in the severity of symptoms. Our weekly support group creates an opportunity to connect with others who have similar lived experiences.
