Care Coordination
Supporting at-risk young parents through group work, parenting classes, parenting strategies, evening support groups, cooking classes, and childcare during all activities. Additionally, we provide referral services, advocacy, home visits, and transportation.
Employment
Roads to Employment (RTE) offers a 10-month program for youth who do not have a high school diploma and are seeking employment. Participants will earn their CACE (GED education equivalency), obtain their driver's license, pre-employment life-skills development, and a 12-week work placement.
